Overa egg products are ready for immediate use. The only necessary preparation is at most measurement, but many products are even available pre-measured, ensuring effortless incorporation with other cooking formulas. Equipment needs are minimal, the cleanup process is simplified, and other than packaging materials, our products don’t involve the disposal of any waste. Bulk qualities are also readily available.

Overa products require minimal storage space: a 100-pound drum of dried egg white solids is equivalent to the whites from approximately 28 cases (360 large shell eggs per case) of shell eggs. 100 pounds of dried whole egg solids are equivalent to nearly 10 cases of large shell eggs. A 30- pound can of frozen eggs is equivalent to about 22 dozen large shell eggs.
